NEILL, FLORENCE FLO Florence Flo Elizabeth Shumate Neill of Waco passed away Sunday, November 3, 2002 at a local hospital following a brief illness. Graveside services will be held at 1pm Wednesday, November 6 at Rosemound Cemetery with Pastor Don Cowan officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Tuesday, November 5 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Neill was born August 27, 1925 in Waco. She was the daughter of Mattie Doughty. She grew up in Waco and went to Waco schools. She married her childhood sweetheart, Keith Aaron Neill on May 1, 1942. He preceded her in death on June 3, 1994. She enjoyed bowling and was a member of the WWBA and went on many National Bowling trips. She worked a variety of jobs in her lifetime, but the job she loved was taking care of her family. Survivors include son, Keith Neill, Jr. and wife, Martha of Hewitt; daughters, Brenda Reber and husband, Arlan and Kathy Parrish and husband, Leroy all of Waco; ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
