HOLDER, FRANCES Frances M. Holder, age 70, of Waco died Wednesday, July 11, 2001 at a local nursing home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, July 16th at Oakwood Cemetery with Chaplain Brian Pendleton officiating. Visitation with the family will be 1:00-3:00 PM Sunday, July 15th at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Holder was born in Parsons, Kansas July 18, 1930. She attended school there and married Thomas Lee Holder on May 28, 1950 there. They moved to the Waco area in 1958. After her family was grown, she was a PBX operator until her retirement. She was a member of VFW Post #8564 and Grace Temple Baptist Church. Thomas Cooper Bennett, a grandson, preceded her in death. Survivors include: Daughters: Elizabeth Ann Holder of WA Frances Marie Huser and husband, Danny of Waco Dorothy Dee Bennett and husband, Kenneth of Robinson Son: Thomas William Holder of Woodway Sisters: Mildred Hazell of Altamont, KS Gloria Holler of KS Alice Lloyd of Eudora, KS Dorothy Brueggeman of Olathe, KS Brothers: George Brueggeman of KS David Brueggeman of CA Seven grandchildren Three great grandchildren Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
