Frances V Baxley July 18, 1918 - August 5, 2007 Frances V Baxley went to her Heavenly Home to live eternally with Jesus Sunday, August 5, 2007 after 89 years in the Central Texas area. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 9, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Rev. John Collier and Rev. Ivan Ker officiating. Burial will follow at Robinson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m.Wednesday, August 8, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Known by her family and friends as a giving and gentle soul who gave this life to honor this: the Love of Christ, her Savior and King. She was a precious mother, grandmother and great grandmother, whose heart was filled with compassion and kindness for so many. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished. She was a homemaker, a church secretary at Emmanuel Baptist Church, a clerk with Dependable Life Insurance Company and an office clerk at Cox’s Department store prior to retirement. Frances was an active church member at Emmanuel Baptist, Beverly Hill Baptist and Parkview Baptist churches. She was a member of the Gideons International Womens Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Douthit Baxley and his wife, Barbara; two granddaughters, Denise Dawn Baxley and Melissa Dutton; one grandson, Brent Baxley and his wife, Holly; four great grandchildren, Arron Spears, Amy Spears, Anthony Baxley and Arianna Baxley; and one great great grandson, Arron Spears, Jr. Memorial donations may be made to Parkview Baptist Church, Gideons International or the charity of your choice.
