Frank Carrizales May 11, 1931 – June 11, 2016 Frank Carrizales, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, made his much deserved entrance into heaven on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, at Saint Francis on the Brazos Catholic Church, 301 Jefferson Ave. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 14, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home followed by the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 pm. Frank was born to Joe H. Carrizales and Godelva (Carrizal) Carrizales on May 11, 1931 in Bellmead, TX. He married the love of his life, Rose Martinez Carrizales, on February 4, 1967. Together, they were blessed with their beautiful daughter, Terry Ann Carrizales, on February 26, 1970. On June 1, 1991, Daniel Ramirez became a member of their family when he married Terry Ann. Together, they gave Frank the pride and joy of having three amazing granddaughters, Alexandria, Alyssa, and Angel Ramirez. Frank graduated from La Vega High School and joined the U.S. Air Force where he was trained in Kansas. During the four years he honorably served his country he was stationed in the Philippines. Upon completion of his military service he attended Four C College while employed with Terry’s Salvage. After graduation from Four C College, Frank was employed at Pure Milk/Oak Farms for 48 years as a lab technician. He was a lifelong member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Waco and served in the Social Ministry. To know Frank was to love him. He had a love for his family that was beyond measure and he filled our lives with more blessings than can be counted. His quiet, gentle, cheerful presence was one that no one can replace and one that will never be forgotten. He filled our lives with his smile, his hugs, cherished talks, and so many precious moments with a remarkable man. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lucina Dominquez; brothers, Donicio, Joe Angel, Paul, Manuel, Joe, Paul Marshall, and Alex Carrizales. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Rose Carrizales; daughter, Terry Ann Ramirez and son-in-law, Daniel Ramirez; granddaughters, Alexandria, Alyssa, and Angel Ramirez; sister, Carmen Carrizales; brothers Ray, and wife Sylvia, and Roman Carrizales; and granddog, Kinsler. Pallbearers are Rudy Garcia, Jr., Eddie Hurtado, Fred Martinez, Joe Bravo, Jr., Tony Mike Carrizales, Joey Dominquez, Gabriel Ramirez, and Andrew Alvarez. Honorary Pallbearer is Daniel Ramirez.
