Frank Sandoval passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022. Services will be 7:00 pm, Friday, January 21, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with his son and Pastor Mario Sandoval officiating. Visitation will be before the service from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm. Graveside service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, January 22, at Oakwood Cemetery. Frank was born March 2, 1937, in Waco, to Cruz and Juanita Sandoval. He was one of 12 children. He worked in construction. His hobbies included auto mechanics, competing in pool tournaments, and helping out at the Waco Boxing Club. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sara Sandoval; siblings, Reyes Sandoval, Susana Garcia, Jimmy Sandoval, Simon Sandoval, Janie Garcia, Lucy Celaya, Connie Benavidez, Carmen "Pinky" Benavidez, and Raymond Sandoval. He is survived by son, Mario Sandoval and wife Miriam; granddaughters, Kayla and Amanda Sandoval; brother, Rufus Sandoval; sister, Margaret Alderete; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Rudy Sandoval, Ricky Sandoval, Ricky Alderete, Victor Alderete, Anthony Contreras, and Manuel Almanza.
