McCAHON, FRED Fred C. McCahon, III, “Mac” passed away at home Wednesday, June 8, 2005. Services will be held at 11:30am, Saturday, June 11, 2005 at Waco Memorial Mausoleum Chapel at Waco Memorial Park with Brother Bill Schiebler officiating. Fred was born in Alice, Texas on April 6, 1948 to Fred C. and Donna Blackburn McCahon. He moved to Houston, Texas when he was a young boy and graduated from Jones High School in 1966 and he also attended San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas. Fred was married to Carolyn Finsley, the love of his life. He worked as a graphic artist and draftsman and recently moved to Waco to be close to his family. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; mother, Donna McCahon; brother, Robert Michael McCahon; stepchildren, Christina Ray and husband Randy, Susan Ray, Joe Ray and wife Debbie and several aunts, uncles and many cousins. Honorary pallbearers will be Fred’s first cousins, Doyle Farney, Paul Farney, Craig Ferguson, Keith Ferguson, Greg Fore, Danny Fore, John Fore and Luther Fore.
