Genaro Bolaina Castillo, 87, of China Spring, Texas, passed away on December 1, 2019. Graveside service will be held 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 3, at Oakwood Cemetery. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 3, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Genaro was born October 14, 1932, in Mexico to Manuel Castillo Fuentes and Isabel Bolaina Hernandez. He was the third of eleven children. He served in the military in Mexico as an airplane mechanic. Genaro was a jack of all trades who helped everybody and anybody. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his selfless love for his family, and his generous heart. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Rafaela Castillo Garcia. He is survived by his children, Martin, Rocio, Maria Isabel, Gabriela, and Alma; his grandchildren, Nayeli, Martin Jr, Olivia, Cristian, Consuelo, Jaime, Jorge, Valeria, Sofia, Jair, Magi, Valeri, Ricardo, and Aldo; great-grandchildren, Pablo Emilio, Samantha, Sarai, Ricardo, Azul, Javier, Brian, Moises, Yatzil, Uriel, Kimberly, Emmanuel, Isabella, and Sai Levi; great-great-grandchildren, Joselyn and Tadeo; nine siblings, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and the many friends he made along the way. The family would like to thank his caregiver, Sarah Adamson, and especially his niece, Ana Mirlo Pevia, and her family for her love and care throughout the years.
