Geraldine Smith December 3, 1915 - December 30, 2010 Geraldine Smith of Robinson passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010 at her residence. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2011 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Drs. Bill and Ruth Pitts, Dr. Matt Snowden and Dr. Steve Sadler officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Monday, prior to the service in the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Geraldine was born December 3, 1915 in Marlow, Oklahoma to William and Emma Steele. She was a teacher at Waco High for many years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Emma Adelene Steele, her husband George Smith and daughter Deborah Smith Sadler. She is survived by her one daughter Katie Adcox of Brentwood, TN; four grandchildren, Chris Adcox, Sally Adcox Oney, Allison Sadler, Thompson and Emily Sadler and five great-grandchildren, Carter, Camryn and Collin Adcox of Dallas, and Grace and Grant Oney of Brentwood, TN. Special gratitude is expressed for her neighbors in Robinson, her friends at First Baptist Church of Waco, Providence Hospice, and Visiting Angels.
