GINGER SNAPP, age 44, of Waco, died Sunday in a local hospital. Memorial services will be 1:30 PM Wednesday, October 17, 2001 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, 6101 Bosque, the Rev. R. L. Whitworth officiating. Visitation will be 6:30-8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Ginger was born July 28, 1957 in McKinney. She was a resident of Farmersville from 1965 –1972. She graduated from Midway High School in 1975. She graduated with a degree in education from Baylor University in 1979. She taught school at Crestview Elementary and was currently teaching at Tennyson Middle School. Ginger was attending Bethel Temple Assembly of God Church in Hewitt. Survivors include her parents Joe and Jerrie Snapp of Waco; her sister Cindy Reese and her husband Steve of Denton; her brothers; Bill Snapp and his wife Sheila of Howe and John Snapp and his wife Katy of Lorena; nieces Brandy Bobbitt and Jaeden Bobbitt of Denton; eight nephews: Chris and Corey Bobbitt of Denton; Ryan, Casey and Brendon Snapp of Howe and Dylan, Colt and Brody Snapp of Lorena; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and her extended family, the R.
