Gloria Gonzales Garcia passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 24, at St Francis Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
Gloria was born November 7, 1932, in Bremond, Texas, to Theodore and Lucy Sanchez. She worked at Providence Hospital for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Julian Garcia; parents, Theodore Sanchez and Lucy Gonzales; and grandson, Julian Garcia Jr. (1991).
She is survived by her son, Julian P. Garica, Jr., and wife, Tammy Fields; grandsons, Samuel Ayala, Angel Garcia, Christopher Liquez, Roman Gataca, and Roman Loa; and daughter, Antonia Duran and husband, Mike; and granddaughters, Daniella Marie Duran, Deanna Nicole Duran, and Jennifer Lee Duran.
Pallbearers are Julian Garcia, Mike Duran, and Eston Turnbull.
