Helen Louise Geltemeyer June 29, 1919 – January 20, 2007 Helen Louise Geltemeyer of Waco went to be with her Lord Saturday, January 20, 2007. Services will be a 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Brother Billy Edward officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 23 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Helen was born June 29, 1919 in Waco, TX to Vivion and Almira Clark Williams. She attended Waco Schools and graduated from Waco High School. She was a beautician for 30 years and then fulfilled her life ambition to be a nurse. She returned to college at the age of 50 and graduated as an LVN, serving many people in her new profession. She was a lifelong member of Columbus Avenue Baptist Church in Waco. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roland Geltemeyer, son, Duane Gentry and infant son, James Gentry. She is survived by daughter, Patricia Hueston and husband, Bob of Dallas; son, Sandford Gentry and wife, Karen of Hewitt. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Brian Brabham, Rob Sullivan, Stewart Hueston, Shawn Hueston and Greg Gentry.
