Gottwald, Henry Henry C. “Tex” Gottwald, 91, of Friendship Village, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2007. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation with family and friends will be from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Henry retired from GM in 1982 and from NCR in 1970 where he worked as a tool and die maker. He was a member of the Northridge Church of Christ, Millennium Masonic Lodge #799 F&AM, the Victory Chapter and Reed Commandary and the Projectionist local #248 in Dayton. He was also a former board member of the Mid-Western Children’s Home in Pleasant Plain, Ohio since 1968. He was prececed in death by his parents, Felix R. and Elsie Scheidwieler Gottwald, Sr. and a brother, Felix R. Gottwald, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Evelyn Imogene Hughey Gottwald; daughter and son-in-law, Genia Elise and Richard Deibler of Arlington, VA; grandchildren and spouses, Scott R. and M. Lisa Deibler and Danette E. and Steven J. Gauerke; great grandchildren, Katie, Kelly and Julie Deibler and Austin and Brooke Gauerke.
