Noel went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 20, 2021. A celebration of life for Noel will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 25, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. John Palmer will officiate and burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at Red Men Hall. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Noel Lozano was born on February 17, 1965, to Catarino “Tito” Lozano and Josie Martinez in Waco, Texas. He moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from South Division High School in 1983. Noel was active in track and swimming, where he earned medals for his accomplishments. He moved back to Waco in 1984, and years later he married the love of his life, Samantha. He was a devoted father, husband, friend and a Green Bay Packers fan. Noel is preceded in death by his father, Catarino “Tito” Lozano; and brother, Frankie Lozano. He is survived by his wife, Samantha Lozano; children, Alexis, Frankie, and Jacob Lozano; his mother, Josie Martinez; sisters, Bernadine Lozano, Blam and husband, Richard Fajardo, Monica and husband, Augustine Escobedo, Maria Reyna, and Rhonda and husband, Domingo Torres; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be Andrew Escobedo, AJ Escobedo, Anthony Martinez, Raymond Delgado, Justin Nevarez and Armando Reyna.
