She had strong faith in God and will be sorely missed by her church family, her neighbors and her former babysitting clients, who witnessed her faith in action. "Gene" Ferguson; James, her special son, whom she took care of until his death in 1997; three brothers and one sister, Angus, Jim, Claude Neinast and Barbara Nelson; and son-in-law, B. J. Talley. She is survived by three children, Iris Talley of Waco; Bob Ferguson and wife, Diane, of Waco; and Ron Ferguson and wife, Cindy, of Charlotte, NC. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Rick Talley and wife, Susan, Cindy George and Laurie Rendon, all of Waco; Brian Ferguson and wife, Alexis, of Austin; Kari Norder and husband, Scott, of San Francisco, CA; Jeff Ferguson and wife, Jill, of Southlake, TX, and Craig Ferguson and wife, Candace, of Hutto, TX.; great-grandchildren, Chris, Jessica and Jennifer Talley; Matthew, Austin and Luke George; Melissa Ruch and Mindy Rendon; Lindley and Emory Ferguson; Samuel Norder and Angela and Cody Allensworth; and three great-great-grandchildren, Cameron Ruch; and Colby and Ava Allensworth. Also surviving are two brothers, Harry Neinast of Sour Lake, TX, Dick Neinast of East Texas; and one sister, Pat Winter of Sherman, TX. All of these grandchildren adored and respected "Grandma" Ferguson. Hilde lived life with vigor and virtue. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Her cooking made everybody happy. Her sweet nature was noticed by all she met. Our world will not be the same without her. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Western Heights Lottie Moon Offering or the Baylor Singing Seniors. The family is very grateful for all of the love and attention shown by Linda Ferguson, Bluebonnet Hospice, Visiting Angels, Elma Richards, Hilde's very special angel, and all of her friends at Lakeshore Estates.
