Jacqueline Wise Orsag October 8, 1933 - December 29, 2014 Jacqueline Wise Orsag of Waco passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at her home. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 2015, at Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit with the Father Jason Ingalls officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 2, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Jacqueline was born October 8, 1933 in Waco, Texas to Herbert and Velma Rodman Wise. She was a secretary at James Connally Air Force Base, Teachers Aid in the Waco Independent School District and a secretary at Baylor University. Jacqueline was a member of Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit where she taught Sunday school, was a member of the altar guild, an active supporter of the church youth group, a member of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the King. In her later years, her ambitions turned to spending time with her husband, James and enjoying watching her granddaughter, great nieces and great nephew grow into the incredible individuals they have become. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, James L. Orsag. She is survived by her sons, James H. Orsag and Jerry W. Orsag; granddaughter, Loren Orsag; sister, Linda Wise; two nieces, one nephew, five great nieces, one great nephew, two great-great nieces, one great-great nephew and two grand dogs. Pallbearers are James Orsag, Jerry Orsag, David Rush, Todd Bawcom, Jeffrey Bawcom and Kristopher Bawcom. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Waco Humane Society.
