James Richard Fraley James Richard Fraley passed away Thursday, September 8, 2005 at the Temple VA Hospital. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2005, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Bosque Chapel with the Rev. Sharon Robertson officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow at Waco Memorial North Cemetery Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Sunday, September 11, 2005, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. James was born October 22, 1932 in Whitesburg, KY. Mr. Fraley married JoAnn Ward in Waco, TX. James was a loyal and faithful servant to his Country by serving in the U S Air Force for 20+ years. During that time he served in the Korean War and the war in Vietnam. He is survived by his only son, Mark Fraley and his wife, Connie; daughter Desiree Fulbright and her husband Mike, daughter Sabrina McGregor and her husband Craig. Grandchildren Tony and Richard Fraley; Michael, Nathan, Lauren and Olivia Fulbright; Nicole and Brenden McGregor. Three great-grandchildren: Emily, Kendall and Willow Fraley. He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents. In lieu of flowers the family encourages you to send donations to Disabled Veterans of America.
