James W. Baldwin April 25, 1936 - November 1, 2012 James W. Baldwin of Lorena passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Scott and White Hospital. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Fred Sain officiating. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, at Harris Chapel Cemetery in Lindale, TX with Rev. Ronnie Stribble officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, Nov 7, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. James was born April 25, 1936, in Lindale, Texas, to Don and Reba Baldwin. He worked at TL James in Waco for 30 years, then owned Limestone Ready Mix in Mexia, TX. In 1979 he opened Waco Machinery and Parts and retired in 2007. He loved being in Belize; loved riding the "back roads" looking for heavy equipment, and was known as one of the best diesel mechanics in the state of Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Bobby, Buster, Billy Ray and Charles Baldwin. He is survived by his wife, Noeila Baldwin; best friend, Judy McCartney of Eddy, TX; two sons, Larry Don Baldwin of Lorena, and James W. Baldwin, Jr., of Belize; two sisters, Betty Lindamood and husband, Ray, of Lindale, TX, and Linda Garrett and husband, Bill, of Tyler, TX; two brothers, Arthur Earl and wife, Annie, of Lindale, and Benny Keith and wife, Margaret, of Lindale; two sisters-in-law, Sue Baldwin of Athens, TX, and Ann Baldwin of Ennis, TX.; one granddaughter, Lacy Baldwin; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Adrian Kutcherovsky, Larry Sosa, Jerry Allen, Kevin Walker, Billy Hilton and Ed Vining. Honorary pallbearers are Jack Davis and Bobby Shelton.
