Jane Keltner January 6, 1926 - October 29, 2014 Jane Keltner of Waco passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Graveside services will be 12:00 Noon, Friday, October 31, at Rosemound Cemetery with Rev. Steve Mansen officiating. Jane was born January 6, 1926, in Taylor, Texas, to Leon and Minnie Ruttle. She retired as a bank teller from Central National Bank. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Rhonda Weller; and sisters, Sally Gelpke and Joyce Stubblefield. She is survived by her husband, James Keltner; daughters, Kathy Pitcher and husband, Jack, and Robin Clark and husband, William; son, Randy Keltner and wife, Barbara; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchldren; and brother, Buddy Ruttle and wife, Carline.
