CORMANY, JEAN Jean Cormany, age 84, of Irving, formerly Vaughn, New Mexico died Saturday, December 15, 2001 in an Irving hospital. Graveside services will be held at 3:00PM Wednesday, December 19th at Moody Cemetery with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Visitation with the family will be before the service at 12:00 noon-2:00PM Wednesday at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 1124 Washington Ave. Mrs. Cormany was born May 16, 1917 in Point, Texas to Truman and Octa Knox. She married Stonewall Jackson Cormany, Jr. in Childress, Texas in 1933. She was formerly of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Vaughn, New Mexico and moved back to Texas four years ago to Grand Prairie. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all. Survivors include daughter, Barbara Tumey and husband, Doyle of Irving, son, Bob Cormany and wife, Billie of Greenville, grandchildren, David Cormany and wife, Diane, Dianna Stull and husband, Kevin, Dona Wells and husband, Bobby, Dale Tumey and wife, Sandra, Dan Tumey and wife, Jennifer, and Dana McElyea and husband, Tom, great grandchildren, Brandon Wells, Christopher Stull, Kayla Cormany, Kathryn Stull, Brittany Wells, Dan Tumey, Jr., Alex Tumey, Madison Tumey, Jack Tumey, Colton McElyea, and Grant Tumey.
