STROMAN, JEAN SHIRLEY RAGSDALE Jean Shirley Ragsdale Stroman, age 77, of Waco died Sunday, November 17, 2002 at a local hospital. Arrangements are through Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. There will be no services at this time. Mrs. Stroman was born April 29, 1925 in San Diego, California, the daughter of Jerome and Frances Anderson. She married Billy Gene Ragsdale in 1949; he preceded her in death in January 1977. She later married Robert Stroman in 1986. She worked as a nurse’s aide for a local hospital and nursing home. She loved art and painting. Survivors include husband, Robert Stroman, sons, Chester Ragsdale and Neil Ragsdale, grandchildren, Dustin Ragsdale, Derek Ragsdale and Jennifer Ragsdale.
