Jeffrey Hennings Simpson April 21, 1945 – May 19, 2006 Jeffrey Hennings Simpson passed away on May 19, 2006, at a care facility in Richardson, Texas surrounded by his children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. A memorial service is planned for 11:30 a.m. May 29th at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey in Waco. Chef Jeff is survived by his son, James Simpson, and his wife, Elissa, of Parker, Colorado and their 2 children, Haydn and Elizabeth Anne; his daughter, Cynthia Heinrich Donahue, and her husband, William, of Dade City, Florida; his brother, Harold B. Simpson, Jr., and his wife, Susie, of Shawnee, Kansas; his brother, Gregory S. Simpson, and his wife, Rhonda, of Colleyville, Texas; his sister, Georganna L. Simpson, of Irving, Texas; and his sister, Debbi L. Comparin, and her husband, Tony, of Bedford, Texas. Jeff was preceded in death by his beloved Anne, whom he met and married in 1971.
