Gulley, Jeffrey Michael Jeffrey Michael Gulley, our passionate, wholehearted brother and son, worshipped his way into heaven on Sunday, March 13, 2005. Services will be Thursday, March 17 at 2:00 PM at Antioch Community Church with the Rev. Jimmy Seibert officiating. There will be a private burial at Waco Memorial North. A visitation will be Wednesday, March 16 from 6 to 9 PM at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Jeff graduated from Reicher Catholic High School and attended Baylor University. Jeff was spending his spring break in Mexico on an evangelistic outreach. Jeff was helping to lead worship, playing the drums when he fainted and fell. Almost immediately his heart stopped. In the months prior to the outreach, Jeff had committed his life to Jesus Christ. Jeff was an unspoken, courageous leader, a man of few words, but of great impact. He was loyal to his family and friends across every race and social economic status. If Jeff were here to speak for himself, he would say, that despite many years of mistakes, his greatest joy was found in the final months of his life in his relationship with Jesus. His last words to his brother, Jonathan, were “I just want to encounter God in a fresh way and I am now at peace now than ever before.” He is survived by his parents, Ed & Laurie Gulley; brothers, Carl Gulley and wife Blair; James Mark Gulley and wife Maria and Stephen Gulley all of Waco, and Jonathan Gulley and wife Amy of Wheaton, Illinois; beloved nieces and nephews, Ellie, Ty, Annalea, and Jackson. Memorials may be made to Antioch Urban Ministries, 505 N. 20th, Waco, Texas 76707. We are forever proud of our brother & son, Jeffrey Michael Gulley. The family invites you to leave a message of memory in our “Memorial Guestbook” at www.wilkirsonhatchbailey.com. Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey
