Jeffrey Penn Meroney May 11, 1960 - January 19, 2011 Jeffrey Penn Meroney of Waco passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m., Monday, January 24, at Oakwood Cemetery with the Chaplain Irenka Vlajnic officiating. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, January 23, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Jeffrey was born May 11, 1960, in Waco to William Albert and Marian Meroney. He was a special person with special needs who touched the hearts of everyone. He worked at Goodwill and attended Friends for Life. He was preceded in death by his father, William Albert Meroney. Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Marian Elizabeth Meroney; his brother, Murray Meroney and wife, Michelle; and his sister, Eileen Melton and husband, Jody. The family would like to thank the staff at Woodland Springs Nursing Home, Providence Hospice, and Friends for Life.
