Jenna Will Cargill October 14, 1923 June 10, 2008 Jenna Will Cargill, 84, died June 10, 2008, at St. Catherine's. Services will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, June 14, at Wilkirson Hatch Bailey Chapel with Keith Vaughn and Steve Abbe officiating. Burial will follow at Chilton Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m., prior to the service. Jenna Will was born October 14, 1923, in Chilton, Texas, to Featherston Baskin Hazlewood and Mattie Ethel McMillion Hazlewood. Jenna married Marshall Harvey Cargill, Sr., on December 2, 1940, and they had 65 years of marriage. She was proposed to on her first date. She worked at Sears and Roebuck in San Antonio as a bookkeeper and in previous years was an artist and homemaker. Her husband worked for Southern Pacific Railroad, started at the bottom and worked his way up as plant manager in Eugene, Oregon, Houston and San Antonio. She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband; and a sister, Lorraine Webster. She is survived by her son, Harvey Cargill, Jr., of College Station; a granddaughter, Kristi Kincheloe and husband, Jim; two great granddaughters, Eleanna and Hanna; and one sister, Joyce Walker. The honorary pallbearers will be her Sunday School class at Meadowbrook Baptist Church and Horace Gene Hamilton, Rusty Copeland, Marvin Webster, Mack Webster, Charles Walker and Jim Kincheloe. The family extends their thanks to Pearl Merritt, Joyce Walker and Providence Hospice.
