Jerry Don Smith Sr. March 1, 1955 - December 25, 2015 Jerry Don Smith Sr. of Waco passed away Friday, December 25, 2015. Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 31, at The Salvation Army, 1225 S. Jack Kultgen Expressway, Waco. Jerry was born March 1, 1955 in Waco, Texas, to Phillip Monroe and Betty Jane (Daniels) Smith. Jerry was a longtime member of The Salvation Army. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan M. Smith, of Waco; daughter, Kerri D. Smith, both of Waco; sons, Joshua J. Smith and wife, Amber, of High Point, NC and Jerry D. Smith , Jr. of Waco; brothers, Norman Smith and wife, Debbie, and Joe Smith; as well as numerous nieces, a nephew and many friends.
