FIELDS, JEWELL M. Jewell M. Fields, age 68, of Lorena went to join loved ones with the Lord Thursday, January 23, 2003. Services will be held at 1:30pm Monday, January 27 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with Rev. Mike Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North. Visitation will be from 3-5pm Sunday, January 26 at the funeral home. Mrs. Fields was born April 22, 1934 in Corsicana to Jesse Lee and Beulah Mae Keller Bibb. She married Jimmy Ray Fields December 22, 1951 in Kerens, Texas. She was a longtime resident of the Lorena area. She worked as a receptionist for Dr. M. M. McRae for 20 years and later for Central Texas Pathology Lab for 18 years. Mrs. Fields was a member of Lorena First Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving husband of 51 years, Jimmy R. Fields of Lorena; daughters, Brenda Godby and husband, Craig of Crawford and Cindy Broseh and husband, Mack of Midlothian; grandchildren, Jimmy Godby, April Engelbrecht and husband, Kyle, Lana Riley and husband, Billy, Jeff Broseh and Brandon Broseh; four great grandchildren; sisters, Alma Bridges, Betty Ickles, and Bessie Krammes; brothers, Collin Bibb, Mickey Bibb, and Jesse Bibb and numerous nieces and nephews and many loving friends. Pallbearers will be Ed Wilson, William Draper, Randy Broseh, Joe White, Wilburn Cook, and Joe Armstrong. Memorials may be made to Lorena First Baptist Church-Youth Center Building Fund.
