MITCHAM, JOE CHARLES Joe Charles Mitcham, age 51, of Hubbard died Sunday, February 10, 2002 at his residence. Services will be 1:30PM Thursday, February 14 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with Rev. Elmer Glazner and Mike Sims officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6:00-8:00PM Wednesday, February 13 at the funeral home. Mr. Mitcham was born February 15, 1950 in Hubbard, Texas to Roy E. and Sibil Fondren Mitcham. Joe was a farmer, rancher and licensed auctioneer. He was a member of the American Simmental Association. He served his community as a member of the Hubbard I.S.D. School Board. Joe should be remembered as a compassionate friend to many. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy E. Mitcham. Survivors include his wife, Carol Mitcham of Hubbard; mother, Sibil Lynn Mitcham; daughter, Katherine Lynsey Mitcham; son, Jeffrey Allen Smith; and brother, Billy Roy Mitcham.
