Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 6, at Waco Memorial Park with Mr. Bobby Hopper officiating. Joe was born August 10, 1938, in Valley Mills, Texas, to Payne and Nadine Welborn. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his daughter, Sherry Ann Couch and husband, Richard; son, Joe Ed Welborn, Jr. and wife, Niki; mother, Nadine O. Welborn; sister, Regina Sheffield and husband, Wendell; grandchildren, Rick Couch, Thomas Welborn, Matthew Couch, Charles Welborn, Justin Smith and Haley Smith; niece, Lisa Adlong; and nephews, Bryan Sheffield and Bill Sheffield.
