Joe Henry Snapp December 16, 1928 - February 2, 2016 Joe Henry Snapp of Woodway passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. His Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Joe was born December 16, 1928, in McKinney, Texas. He was involved as a Volunteer Fireman, Senior Kiwanis Club, served in U.S. Air Force, president of G & P Seed and Rogers Delinted Cotton Seed Co., a 5-gallon blood donor, a 50-year Mason, but, most importantly, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and wonderful friend to many. Joe was a member of First Baptist Church of Waco. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ginger Snapp. He is survived by his wife, Jerrie Snapp; and his children, Bill Snapp and wife, Sheila, of Sherman, Texas, Cindy Reese and husband, Steve, of Denton, Texas, John Snapp and wife, Katy, of Bruceville; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and sister, Betty Kasten. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Snapp, Chris Bobbitt, Dylan Snapp, Corey Bobbitt, Casey Snapp, Colt Snapp, Brody Snapp and Brendon Snapp. A special thanks to Dr. James Copeland, Providence Hospital Staff, Lucy’s Loving Home Care and the wonderful Caregivers at Regent Care Center.
