JOHN ROGERS WRIGHT John Rogers Wright, 30, passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 3 at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. David W. Rogers officiating. John was born January 4, 1974 in Waco, Texas. He graduated from Midway High School in 1992, where he was a member of the golf team. He attended McLennan Community College, the University of North Texas and Texas State Technical College. He had been employed with Motorola in Houston before returning to Waco last summer. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wright, Sr. and Mrs. Ellen M. Rogers. He is survived by his parents, John H. and Mary Ellen Wright of Waco; sister, Katherine Wright of Waco; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Woodrow Rogers, Sr. of Waco; aunts and uncles, Katy and Richard Bourland of Fort Worth, Ann and Woody Rogers of Waco, George and Sandra Wright of Denver, Colo., Fred and Vicki Wright of Houston; nine cousins; and several great aunts and uncles, including Opal and Dumont Hunt of Waco.
