Jorge Alberto Muro, 42, passed away on June 17, 2024, at Baylor Scott & White T. Boone Pickens Cancer Hospital in Dallas, TX after bravely fighting Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He was surrounded by his loved ones.

Born on April 29, 1982, in Rio Grande, Zacatecas, Mexico, Jorge graduated from University High School and pursued further certification in Dallas. On January 19, 2007, Jorge married and often expressed, "You have always been the love of my life," Sandra Guerrero Muro. Through a decade of prayerful dedication and fasting, Jorge and Sandra welcomed their beloved daughter, Alessandra Muro, remaining hopeful throughout their journey.

For 16 years, Jorge poured his heart into Capstone Mechanical, where he not only excelled professionally but also built enduring relationships with his colleagues, whom he considered extended family. His dedication and passion left a lasting mark, reflecting his commitment to both his work and those he worked alongside. He cherished every moment spent with his beloved family. Jorge was deeply committed to his faith and played an active role in the 7th Day Church of God, where he found spiritual nourishment and a supportive community. His dedication to both family and faith enriched his life and inspired those around him.

Jorge embodied strength, kindness, and unwavering love. His infectious smile and positive spirit left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him. A dedicated leader at home, he was a pillar of support as a devoted husband to Sandra and a loving father to their young daughter, Alessandra, who brought him immense pride and joy. Jorge's leadership extended beyond his family, as he guided and inspired others with his warmth and compassion.

Throughout his illness, Jorge faced each day with incredible bravery, never losing hope. Throughout numerous treatments and countless challenges, Jorge always found strength with his “Super Wife”, Sandra, and his mother Martha by his side, offering unwavering support and love, as Jorge would often say. Alessandra, despite her young age, was a source of light and inspiration for Jorge, and he cherished every moment he spent with her.

Jorge is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Guerrero Muro; his miracle daughter, Alessandra Muro; his mother, Martha Muro; his uncle, Pedro Muro; his aunt, Tia Nena Muro; his brothers, Dan Escobedo and Johnny Escobedo; and his sisters, Aridai Escobedo, Jasmine Escobedo, Damaris Segura, Cindy Zuniga, and Erica Loera. He also leaves behind numerous beloved cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Pallbearers honoring Jorge's memory will be Dan Escobedo, Johnny Escobedo, Jose Sanchez, Mario Guerrero, Fernando Guerrero, and Silvestre Gutierrez.

SuperMuro's message for everyone is clear: Never question God’s will, for His plans are always perfect, even if it's beyond our understanding. May we find comfort in God’s wisdom and trust that His guidance will navigate us through every challenge and blessing life presents.
