Juan Gonzalez, 48, passed away on Monday, May 6th, at Ascension Providence Hospital.
His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 11, 2024, in the Chapel at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, with Pastor Frank Alvarado officiating.
Juan was born June 30, 1975, in Salvatierra, Guanajuato. He grew up in El Monte, California, and later moved to Waco, Texas. Juan attended University High School and was married to Lucero Zuniga in 2017. His interests were in the music industry, and enjoyed being a sound engineer, singer, conga player, and DJ. He proudly owned and operated his business, Luce’s Cleaning Co., established in 2021 with his wife. He attended church with his family at First Spanish Assembly of God.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez; father, Rafael Gonzalez; his sisters, Maria Aurora Gonzalez and Maria Flores, and his brother, Antonio Gonzalez.
Juan is survived by his wife, Lucero Gonzalez; his daughter, Angela Gonzalez; his son, Nathan Anthony Gonzalez; his sisters, Maria Zevada, Evelia Jimenez, and Teresa Gonzalez; his brothers, Moises Gonzalez, Miguel Gonzalez, and Rafael Gonzalez, Jr.; as well as his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
