Juanita Francis Markum

Juanita Francis Markum, 80, of Waco, passed away Saturday, Mar. 12, 2005, at a local nursing home. Services will be held at 11:30am Tuesday, Mar.15, at Lake Shore Drive Church of Christ, with the Rev. Ernie Christi officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Monday, Mar. 14 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. She was born on April 16, 1924 in Waco to John and Lottie McRay, the fifth of 10 children. She married William Bill Markum on October 11. 1941. She was an active member of Lake Shore Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Bill; sons, Will Billy Markum and wife Jeanette, Michael Mike Markum and wife Marilyn, and Randal Markum and wife, Michele; grandchildren, Leslie, Kimberly, Allison, Troy and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Shawn, Candice and Melody, Graham, Hunter, Riley, Hannah and Nicholas; brothers, Massey McRay and Bobby Joe McRay; sisters, Lou Warren and Pawnee Rossow.
