OBITUARY FOR JUNE ROSE PHILLIPS June Rose Phillips, 77, of Waco, died November 27, 2001 at her residence. Graveside services will be at 3:00 P.M. Friday, November 30, 2001 at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 7 P.M. Thursday at Wilkirson- Hatch-Bailey, 1124 Washington. Mrs. Phillips was born December 20, 1923 in Elgood, WV where she was reared and educated. She married John E. Phillips June 7, 1945 in San Antonio. They have lived in Waco since 1977. She was a member of Bible-Way Church. The Lord chose to take an angel from our lives. We thank you, Lord, for gracing us with her presence for the time we had her. Her life was hard but she was strong. There are so many accomplishments in her life, mother, wife and ` Christian guidance. There wasn't much she could not do, but she claimed no credit for it and gave all the praise and glory to God for it coming to pass. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Survivors: Husband: John E. Phillips of Waco Daughter: Karen June Phillips Eggers & husband Mike of Waco Son: John Anthony Phillips of Elk City, OK Grandchildren: Alan E. Scott, Michael Eggers II, Junnie Rose Eggers, Brandon Anthony Phillips and Mitchell Austin Phillips all of Waco Sister: Gypsie Holdren of Princeton, WV Numerous close relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to Cherokee Nation Fund. Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey
