Kathryn Megown

MEGOWN, KATHRYN Kathryn Megown, age 74 of Waco died Monday, September 1, 2003 at a local nursing facility. Memorial services will be held at 10am Thursday, September 4 at Alliance Bible Church with Rev. Rick Kaskela officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd., 6101 Bosque Blvd. Ms. Megown was born on April 18, 1929 in Miami, Florida and moved to Waco in 1931. She attended Waco Academy and Baylor University. She was a former member of First Presbyterian Church, where she was active in Primary Work in Sunday school. She was a current member of Alliance Bible Church. She retired from M.C.C. as Communications Coordinator. She is survived by many friends.
