Katie Radle Neumann

Katie Radle Neumann, 100, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at her residence in Elm Mott, Texas. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd., with Rev. Darrel Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemond Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p. m., Monday, April 26, at the funeral home. Katie was born October 12, 1920, in Durango, Texas, to George F. and Mary Schmid Radle. She married Waldeman E. "Buster" Neumann on December 27, 1941, in Elm Mott. They celebrated 57 wonderful years together before Buster's passing in 1999. Katie worked for Hawk and Buck Mfg. Co., Rainbow Garment, Crout Tailor Shop and Smith Furniture Mfg. Co. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Robinson and attended Elm Mott United Methodist Church for the past 20 years. Katie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Buster; brothers, Jim Radle, Jess Radle, Charlie Radle, Bill Radle, Herman Radle; and sisters, Hattie Schrader and Clara Coleman. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Neumann; grandson, Ronald Neumann; and sister, Mary Hicks. Pallbearers will be John Boggs, Dennis Hovde, Ronald Neumann, Doug Stevens, Larry Garrison, Robert Cervenka, Robert Peevey and Tim Casper.
