Keith Alan Manning December 1, 1942 June 27, 2015 Keith Alan Manning of Waco passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015. His memorial service will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, July 9, at Central Presbyterian Church, 9191 Woodway Drive. Keith was born in Anderson, Indiana to Robert Bud and Hazel Manning. The family moved to Waco in 1947. He graduated from Waco High School in 1961, and was a member of the Fighting Tigers' football team and was a Captain on the basketball team. He attended SMU on a football scholarship and graduated from Baylor. He served his country proudly in the Texas Army National Guard from 1963 to 1969. He loved to play golf at Ridgewood CC, bass fish and bird hunt. Keith married the former Bennett Anderson in 2000, a high school classmate. They enjoyed retirement in McKinney, Texas, and Rockport, Texas, moving to Waco In 2011. He enjoyed being in his own businesses for 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Bennett; daughters, Leslie Henry of Waco, TX and Heather Rowan of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; granddaughters, Arielle DeMaria and husband, Tony, Erica DeMaria and husband, Blake and Landry Rowan; grandson, Jack Rowan; great-grandaughter, Elena; stepsons, Jeremy Blue Ford and family and Jordan Coyle Ford; stepdaughters, Amy Bennett Ford Prestidge and family and Maegan Lucy Ford Nicholson and family.
