Kenneth Kuehl June 19, 1932 - February 7, 2015 Kenneth Kuehl of Woodway, a generous and loving father and husband and grandfather, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015, at his residence. Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 10, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Ron Durham officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 9, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Kenneth was born June 19, 1932, in Riesel, Texas, to Lee and Ethel Kuehl. He graduated from Waco High School and Baylor University; he loved hunting, fishing, horseback riding, collecting knives, traveling, spending time with family and friends and playing "42." Kenneth was also a M.P. in the U.S. Army and served in Japan, where his first son was born during the Korean War. He was also a member of Columbus Avenue Baptist Church in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, James Kuehl. He is survived by his wife, Eunice Kuehl, of Waco, Texas; three sons, Kirk Kuehl of Montana, Karl Kuehl and wife, Jeannie, of Waco; and Kliff Kuehl and wife, Sherry, of Leawood, KS; five grandchildren, Kristy Murphy, Courtney Travis, Graham Travis, Austin Kuehl and Isabella Kuehl; one sister, Jean Goldsmith and husband, Larry, of Fairfield, CA; one brother-in-law, Eddie Gummelt and wife, Jerre; one sister-in-law, Jo Kuehl; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog Misty. Honorary pallbearers will be the Monday Lunch Bunch from Uncle Dan's. Special appreciation is expressed to Scott and White Home Health Care and Hospice for their care and compassion, and to Dr. Chris Grant.
