Kit Parsons, Jr. December 21, 1927 – August 14, 2006 Kit Murray Parsons, Jr., of Waco, died Monday, August 14, 2006 at the age of 78. Graveside services will be at 10:00 am Thursday, August 17, at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Stephen Ramsdell, Pastor of First United Methodist Church officiating. After the service, the family will receive visitors at 2604 Eldridge Lane. Kit was born December 21, 1927 in Dallas to Martha Berniece “Bea” Wood and Kit Murray Parsons. He joined the Air Force and served his country as a gunner on a B-29 shortly after World War II. In 1950, he married Jeanice Patty and had two children, Steven Kit and daughter, Pat. In the early 1970’s, Kit moved to Waco and founded Wacom Products, an electronics company that was known world wide for its two way radio transmitters. His wife, Jeanice passed away in 1985. Kit later married Ann Dudley in 1989. Jeanice and Kit’s son Steven preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Ann; his mother, Bea Parsons; daughter, Pat Holmes and husband, Dell; stepchildren, Grant Dudley and wife, Teresa and Mary Lou Rohan and husband, Kenneth. He also has six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Providence Hospice Care or the charity of your choice.
