GARRETT, LEATHA Leatha Mae Garrett, 69 of Valley Mills passed away Saturday, November 29, 2003 at her home. Services will be 3:30 pm Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd with the Pastor Walter Albers officiating. Mrs. Garrett was born April 7, 1934 in Cameron, Texas to Amiel and Irene Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Garrett; son, David Garrett; and brother, Phillip Johnson. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Bruington and husband Richard of Valley Mills, Sharon McMillan of Elm Mott, Billie Barton of Valley Mills, Cindy Gregory and husband Larry of Tampa, FL; sons, Richard Garrett and wife Anita of Elm Mott, Don Garrett and wife Bonnie of Corpus Christi, and Tommie Barber and wife Janice of Waco; sisters, Bertie Newton of Cedar Hill, Frances Smith and husband Charles of Wilcox, AZ; brothers, Alton Johnson and wife Wanda of Amarillo and Junior Johnson and wife Betty of Chico, Texas; sister-in-law, Frances Johnson of Bovina, Texas; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
