Leslie Milton Laine, Jr.

LAINE, JR, LESLIE Leslie Milton Laine, Jr., age 68, of Waco died Friday, November 2, 2001 at a Temple hospital. A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM Friday, November 9th at Rosemound Cemetery with Rev. Stephen Ramsdell officiating. Visitation with the family will be held 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, November 8th at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mr. Laine was born November 24, 1932 in Waco to Leslie Milton, Sr. and Jimmie Light Laine. He was a graduate of Waco High School, Class of 1950 and Baylor University, Class of 1954 and veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was dearly loved by all his family and will be greatly missed. Survivors include nieces, Beverly Edwards, Cindy Lewis both of Abilene, and Debbie Borcik of Trophy Club, nephews, Jim Black of Smithville, Missouri and Ron Black of Austin, 13 great nieces and nephews, sister, Sue Black and husband, Taylor of Abilene and aunt, Marjorie Handley of Dallas. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Waco or Baylor University General Scholarship Fund. WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY
