Lois La Dean Neill October 29, 1929 - July 18, 2007 Lois La Dean Neill of Waco passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at her residence. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Pastor Daniel Daywitt officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m.Friday, July 20, 2007 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. The family will gather after the service at William Booth Garden Apartments, 4200 N. 19th Street, Waco. Lois was born October 29, 1929 in Moody, TX to Charlie Bailey and Jewel Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her two husbands, Jack Smart, Sr. and Jim Neill. She is survived by daughters, Carrolyn Chapell and husband, Bobby; Shirley Clendennen and husband, Terry; Mary Graves and husband, David; sons, Jack Smart, Jr and wife, Willie; Dale Smart; Jerry Smart and wife, Barbara; and Tony Smart, all of Waco. Also surviving are her sisters, Mary Lou Beatty; Betty Sue Bailey; brothers, Archie Bailey and wife, Ann; Robert Bailey and wife, Sue; Kenneth Bailey and wife, Shirley and Billie Bailey; 28 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. Pallbearers are Daniel Clendennen, James Clendennen, Terry Clendennen, Billy Dulus, David Graves, Brandon Harrison, J.R. Lowrey, Johnathon Smart, Randy Smart, Christopher Stephens and Billy Wilson.
