Lori Michelle Zarate was tragically taken from her family and friends on May 20, 2004 at the age of 24. Funeral services will be at 10am, Tuesday, May 25 at Bible Way Church with Pastor Lee Farmer officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation with the family and friends will be 7 to 9pm Monday, May 24, at the funeral home. Lori was born on July 10, 1979 in Waco to Rosie Gutierrez and Jose Zarate Sr. Lori lived life to the fullest for her children; twins, Raven and Robert age 6 and Izaiah age 2. Lori was full of life and always had a smile. She loved spending time with all her family and friends. Survivors include her three children; parents; brother, Joey Zarate; grandparents, Pete and Ollie Gutierrez of Waco and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins from out of town and here in Waco. Pallbearers will be Joey Zarate, Ricky Gutierrez Jr., Roman Carreon, Eddie Villarreal, Marcus Flores, and Peter Zarate.
