LEWIS, LOTTIE Lottie Lewis, age 92, of Waco died Monday, November 25, 2002 at a local nursing home. Services will be held at 11:30am Wednesday, November 27 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with Rev. Van Vowell officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Tuesday, November 26 at the funeral home. Mrs. Lewis was born June 16, 1910 in Fisher County, Texas. She married Marvin E. Lewis April 3, 1929 in Hermleigh. They moved to Waco in November, 1929. He preceded her in death October 15, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Gwendolyn Hightower in May, 2000. Mrs. Lewis was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church. Survivors include son, Donald W. Lewis and wife, Cheryl of Lorena; son-in-law, Dean Hightower of Camden, Tennessee; grandchildren, Donna Perry and husband, Cecil, Linda Lacy, Tracy Hightower and Deanie Hightower; six great grandchildren, and brother, Ernest McLemore and wife, Evelyn of Valley Mills.
