Louise Coone February 25, 1921 - August 3, 2006 Louise Coone of Waco passed away Thursday, August 3, 2006. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 7, at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Curtis Holland officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, August 6, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Louise was born February 25, 1921 in Lorena, TX to Jim and Maude Mangum. She graduated from Waco High School and was married to Linden Coone who owned and operated Linden Coone Construction for 30 years. She was an active member of Western Heights Baptist Church in Waco and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was preceded in death by her husband, Linden, and her son, Billy Wayne Coone. She is survived by her son, James Coone and wife, Gia of Buffalo, NY; grandchildren, Shannon Coyle and husband, Michael; Brad Coone; Sheldon Coone and wife Ashley; and Ryan Coone; three great grandchildren; her sister, Juanita Nixon and husband, Robert; her brother, James Mangum and wife, Bobbie; and many dear friends.
