MRS. LOUISE RADFORD, 80 of Waco, died Saturday, October 27, 2001 in a local hospital. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Tuesday, October 30, 2001 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd, Dr. John Collier officiating. Burial will follow in Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Radford was born July 6, 1921 in Waco. She attended Waco schools. She married Charley L. Radford May 9, 1943. He died serving as a Marine pilot in the Korean War, December 3, 1950. She was also preceded in death by her sister Ruby Horan and two brothers R. C. Farr and Tex Farr. Mrs. Radford was an active member of Parkview Baptist Church, Robinson Golden Ages and Columbus Ave. Center water exercise program. She was a Camp Fire leader for 10 years. She dedicated her life to meeting other people’s needs. Survivors include her daughter Mrs. Charlene McClaran and her husband Dewitt of Granbury; her sisters: Eleanor Harmon of Robinson, Dea Harris of Memphis, Tenn, Mrs. Jim Sue Headley of Axtell and Mrs. Albert Willie Mae Langford of Lexington Miss; three grandchildren: Melissa McClaran Anderson, Bill McClaran, Corie McClaran Andrade; and five great grandchildren: Zeb, Wyatt, Walton, Lea and Mary Kate. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who all loved her very much. She and her sister Eleanor Harmon lived together 44 years and raised their children together. Pallbearers will be Carlos Andrade, Jason Littleton, Kyle Headley, Bill McClaran, Weldon Hill and Scott Anderson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch, P.O.
