HAMRICK, LUCILLE April 22, 1914-December 30, 2005 Lucille Hamrick of Waco died December 30, 2005 at Regent Care of Waco. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 3 at Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. Julie Pennington Russell officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4-6 p.m. Monday, January 2, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Mrs. Hamrick was born April 22, 1914 in Gholson, Texas to Everett E. and Eva Walker Joines. She was a graduate of Waco High School and Four C Business College. She married Lloyd Hamrick in December, 1935. Mrs. Hamrick retired from Texas Power and Light Company in Waco in 1978 after 39 years of service. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Waco and the Lydian Bible Study Class. She was preceded in death by her husband in July, 2000. She is survived by several beloved cousins and countless friends. Lucille lived her life with the utmost grace and wit. Her humor and graciousness was shared with all that knew her and will be missed by us, but enjoyed in heaven. Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church or to your favorite charity.
