Lurline Womack August 30, 1916 - September 30, 2013 Lurline Womack of Speegleville passed away Monday, September 30, 2013. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 4, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Boatman officiating, assisted by Mr. Jim Knight. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 3, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Lurline was born August 30, 1916, in Mexia, Texas, to Henry and Flora Griffith. She was a homemaker and was a member of Cogdell United Methodist Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Mat Womack. She is survived by her daughter, Matlyn Lurline Webb and husband, Lynn, of Speegleville; grandchildren, Carol Lynn O'Neal and husband, Robert, of Frisco, Texas, and Daryl Lynn Webb and wife, Tracy, of Indian Land, South Carolina; great grandchildren, Caroline Lorraine O'Neal, Brooke Delaine Webb and Zachary David Webb. Pallbearers are Lynn Webb, Daryl Webb, Robert O'Neal, David Roper, Glendon Neal and Ken Holt. Sincere appreciation is expressed to the staff of St. Catherine's and Providence Hospice for their loving care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, family asks memorials go to Cogdell United Methodist Church.
