Lynnette Madelle Smith November 10, 1939 - May 1, 2014 Lynnette Madelle Smith of Hewitt passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014. Services will be at 11:30 a.m., Monday, May 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Pastor Billy Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Kempner Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, May 4, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Lynnette was born November 10, 1939, in San Angelo, Texas, to Ezell and Willie B. Kincannon. She worked in accounting with Goodyear and retired after 11 years from the State of Texas CPS. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her interests were church activities, playing cards, family, yard and pets. Lynnette was a active member of Brazos Meadows Baptist Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Paul Grosshans. She is survived by her husband, Brown L. Smith of Hewitt; children, Becky Agnew and husband, Burr, Janet Lejeune and husband, Warren, Steve Smith and wife, Tonya and Michelle Levy; brother, David Kincannon and wife, Bobbie; grandchildren, Bryan Chambers, Kristen Rogers, Sady Keenum, Jeff Grosshans, Dalton and Karleigh Levy, Jordon and Sidney Smith; three great grandchildren; and her pets, Teddy and Ruby. Pallbearers are Bryan Chambers, Steve Smith, Dalton Levy, Warren LeJeune, Burr Agnew and Jeff Grosshans. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Brazos Meadows Baptist Church Building Fund.
