Marguerite T. Jones

JONES, MARGUERITE Marguerite T. Jones, age 86, of Waco, formerly of San Angelo, died Monday, March 17, 2003 at a local retirement center. Graveside services will be held at 3pm Friday, March 21 at Fairmount Cemetery in San Angelo, with Dr. Jerold McBride officiating. Arrangements are through Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Jones was born October 30, 1916 in Big Spring, Texas to Clifton T. and Marguerite Evans Tucker. After graduation from high school she attended Baylor University. She married Marshall W. Jones, formerly of Jones, Hay, Marschall, and McKinney Accounting Firm in San Angelo, in 1937. He preceded her in death August, 1990. She was a member of First Baptist Church of San Angelo and Junior League of San Angelo. Survivors include daughter, Jan Stewart and husband, Jim; granddaughters, Jenni Grove and husband, Bruce, Penni Smith and husband, Victor, all of Waco, and Missi Frazier and husband, Tommy of Houston; nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
